Penn signs with Japanese team


Triple-A Indianapolis is about to lose two pitchers. Hayden Penn has inked a deal with a Japanese team and another pitcher “is close to a deal,” according to a tweet by Indy radio play-by-play guy Scott McCauley. I’ll have more details after our pregame briefing with GM Neal Huntington.
