At least the new arena looks good.

The Mighty, Mighty Bylsmas. That is the tag I’ve used to introduce the Penguins in a weekly notes-share submission to fellow beat scribes. That tag won’t find its way into my submission Thursday, because these Penguins lack might.

Chicken Little: The sky is falling.

Aside from D BROOKS ORPIK, who flat-out admitted he is “concerned” about the Penguins after another disappointing loss, their third in a row, words from the visiting dressing room at Verizon Center were mostly positive. Again.

Penguins D Alex Goligoski did not appear to show any ill effects of a nasty looking hit from Devils C Rod Pelley late in New Jersey’s 5-2 victory at Prudential Center.
