Just a few quick hits from the Penguins’ AM practices:

• HC DAN BYLSMAsaid C SIDNEY CROSBY will play tonight against Columbus at Consol Energy Center. Crosby did not finish an exhibition game Wednesday night because of a sore hip. He said today that the hip was feeling much better.

• Bylsma’s son’s youth team, the Arctic Foxes, will be among the many youth clubs in attendance for this game, for which the Penguins and have teamed with local group Imagine Pittsburgh to provide free tickets to regional students. Ticktets for 5,000 area youth players and 8,000 students were distrubuted for the “Ultimate Fan Game,” according to information provided by the Penguins.
