Pitt senior guard Ashton Gibbs is training at the Deron Williams Skills Academy, which runs today through Saturday in Chicago. The camp features 10 of the top college point guards and 20 of the best high school point guards in the nation. Gibbs is the fourth Pitt player in the past four summers to attend one of the Nike-sponsored skill academies. Gary McGhee went to the A’mare Stoudemire Big Man camp and the LeBron James camp last year. Sam Young and Levance Fields were invited to the LeBron James and Steve Nash skill camps, respectively, in 2008.
