CLEVELAND – Just a reminder: Our first chat begins at noon, though you can begin submitting entries right away. All topics on the table, as always will be the case.
UPDATE 1:44 p.m.: Here is the transcript. Thanks to everyone. Huge participation, lots of variety in the questions.

Dejan,
Finally, a writer with some sense! Redman should have been the guy for a couple of years but he doesn’t get a fair chance. All he has done is prove himself over and over. Yet Tomlin sticks with “his guy” Moore from the Vikings, who had a couple of good years here but has shown little or nothing the past two. I like loyalty but not when it costs opportunities to win. What if Fast Willie went to Florida and worked with the guys in speed camp? I can’t believe he lost that much of a step in two years. At least he doesn’t fumble away Superbowls!
@Mike: How strongly do you feel that Redman could be a legit RB if Mendenhall were hurt?
That appears to be the larger issue.
I don’t feel strongly about Redman as a long term starting back. But, with his limited opps in games, he certainly looks extremely promissing. I find it strange that Tomlin doesn’t at least give him a few extra carries to see what he can do and give Mendenhal a breather.
@DK, Do read all the comments from all your posts? Do you have influence over the other columnists/journalists? The posts on all the other blogs at the Trib sure seem to have increased since you made the move.
@DWH: I read every single word that’s addressed here and in personal emails.
