NICE!!
KLaw sez Robbie’s gonna be a Top 100 prospect!
Cole goes 3–2 hits, 0 runs 1 walk 3 K threw 53 pitches 33 for strikes. Nathan Baker replaces him to start 4th
those six fans clapped pretty loud.
you know. for six fans.
Don’t you think it’s risky stretching Cole out to 3 innings already ? I certainly wouldn’t want him to hurt himself.
Those games look about as popular as a Marlins’ game.
What, NO hated Manatees this Spring? Any back story on that?
Nice outings for all 3 buccos farmhands. Cole, Baker & Colla
5 Pirates in game so far–3 pitchers combined for 7 innings giving up 3 hits, 1 run, 4 walks, and 7 strikeouts only run a solo homer off Colla.
Grossman 2-4 with 3 RBI and Cunningham has a double in 3 at bats.
Bier-man’s latest story has the details about Manatee not being on the schedule…the facts but not the reason. The reason may not be known yet, but I hope we learn what it is.
Pirates had played the Manatees for 13 consecutive years. Pirates are going to donate some of the proceeds to the Florida State College education fund. Those are some of the facts that were in the story.
I’ll miss those crazy, dreaded Manatees. Attended that game last year…thought it was a nice tradition.

Looking forward to your thoughts on the 5 Pirates who played today.
