Huge game for the Steelers, if they can’t beat these guys under any circumstances this year has no real upside. Here’e to hoping we win by 7 or more and have some momentum going into the next two weeks. Aaron was a great player and class act but his time had come and gone, the team has not played with him regulalry since 2008 ….

The Pens? What can you say except it would be a shame if they didn’t get a full team together by years end to compete. The Gologoski trade is looking like a complete steal even though Gogo is a quality player. Niskanen is no slouch and Neal is on fire. He is a Kevin Stevens type, throwing that massive body around. Nice ot see what he can do surrounded by future hall of famers like Park and Sullivan…..LOL If he has Sid or Geno regularly skating beside him could he score 50? Vitale look solid, Sullivan is nice piece, Kunitz and Dupius are steady, and Staal is elevating his game. Think about this team with a healthy Geno, Sid, and Kennedy….

Pirates?????? Still suck and are cheap and mismanaged. I seriously wonder when the fan base and media will turn up the heat on this corrupt regime. Extending Huntington officially ended my 50 year support for this pathetic excuse for a franchise. Until the regime changes I will root against them evey chance I get. They are an embarrassment.

  3. radio wave says:

Biggest game of the year, until next week.

  4. JAL says:

Right, the importance of the games change week to week.

  5. JAL says:

    Hard to stop speed–95 yards!

  6. DavedigsDKsBlog says:

5-2…not bad after the way things looked Week 1

Next two weeks are like a mini playoff.

    New England and Baltimore

If the Steelers can somehow step up and play great and win both games, all of a sudden they’d be looking at 7-2 and in good position for the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
