Let’s Go Pens! Time for a rare Florida road-trip sweep…
Lightning have lost six games in a row, Penguins managed to beat Florida on Friday to snap their own six game losing streak but this game still concerns me.
Was the effort and passion on Friday related to the team coming together for a brief moment as a show of solidarity for their captain, of themselves, and their coaches. Or was Friday just a shallow moment in time where the team came together to only come back to their failures of this season.
Already starting better than most games in recent history with Bolts, no Roloson in net today as Boucher is starting Mathieu Garon.

Interesting to read the blog entry Dejan referenced in his tweet. I wish HNIC had contacted him regarding the column-especially since HNIC holds such an esteemed place with most hockey fans. All I can say is I almost always side with the reporter over any player when there is a “dispute” to the veracity of a claim. News gatherers were there before any individual player, and will remain to cultivate their reputation and build trust with their community long after any individual player has retired to a Florida golf course.
