Comments

  1. Eric Bowser says:

Another bad start for Penguins, more defensemen standing around like Rich Pylon, and Johnson is moving around in his crease like he’s in a foot of mud.

    2-0 Sabres – ugh

  2. JohninOshkosh says:

I can’t believe they played “TV Party.” That might be the coolest song an arena jock has ever played. Thanks for the twitter link, Dejan. Suddenly I was drunk and in the eighties.

  3. Eric Bowser says:

Martin doesn’t commit to play the puck on the boards behind net with oncoming forechecker and it costs the Penguins another goal and puts Johnson out of the game.

Penguins follow up with a deep one-timer bomb from Engelland, setup by Malkin.

Malkin gets a breakaway and stoned by Miller

    3-1 Sabres

  4. Eric Bowser says:

    Kaleta penalty-shot stopped by Fleury

  5. Dave G in Liberty Township, OH says:

I’m getting the NBC feed for the Red Wings game here near Cincinnati.

No way to view the Pens unless I subscribe to the Verizon 4G plan. I already pay for cable, NHL Network, and NHL GameCenter Live.

    Gimme a break, NHL!

  6. Eric Bowser says:

@Dave G – NHL is clueless about marketing, your situation is one and another would be the continued employment of neanderthals like Mike Milbury and Don Cherry.

  7. Tim says:

Repeat – Pens need a big body on D. Martin couldn’t move a bowel . They are getting killed around the net. Killed. Love Fleury, but does he seem to be getting out of position more often or is it because the opposition is left unimpeded so he has to go flop?

  8. Dave G in Liberty Township, OH says:

Just discovered there is a free live stream of NHL on NBC games on nhl.com, for future reference…

Looks like I didn’t miss much today, though.
