Consider me one of Dejan’s flock – I’m from Severn, Maryland.
We need Sanford to punch Malkin in the face.
That might have been the worst display of dominating a period of hockey and being 0-0 after the first 20 minutes.
Rick Nash is coasting his way to a bad reputation.
Leaving the worst team in the NHL to hang around. Maybe something on this power play.
Another win and good to see #1 for Brad Thiessen even though refs tried like mad to keep the Blue Jackets in the game with two questionable goals disallowed. Malkin scored again, he’s on a tear.
Dupuis scored for second game in a row as his line with Staal and Sullivan are playing really well together. When (if) Crosby returns, looks like he will skate with Cooke and Kennedy because breaking up the current top two lines would be really nuts.
Curious to see if Pens look to acquire some depth, which I don’t think they have to do but never hurts to get something if the cost is cheap.
Remaining cap – Gaustad 497k, Pahlsson 572, Jones 540, McClement 313, Moen 324, Parenteua 270, Grabovski 627, Knuble 432, Kostitsyn 702
Pens remaining cap – Kennedy 432, Tangradi 182, Jeffrey 124
Now you all know why us ‘former Burgh / now of Columbus’ folks look forward so much to Pirates baseball. Yea, when the Pirates are your source of optimism, you know your hockey team is in bad shape.
Tomorrow could be a rough day if Nash is dealt. I’m really looking forward to taking down those Manatees this year.
