New WPXI-Trib sports show back Sunday

By Dejan Kovacevic | Trib Total Media

UNIONDALE, N.Y. — The joint venture between WPXI and Trib Total Media into sports TV continues Sunday night at 11:35 p.m. with the second episode of The Final Word.

The discussion will be lively and informed, built on a rotation of WPXI and Trib personalities, but also heavy on contributions from you. We’ll be taking comments from viewers through videos you submit on The Final Word’s Facebook page, as well as comments to The Final World’s Twitter account. Our topics this week are the Penguins in the playoffs, obviously, plus the Steelers’ draft and whether the Pirates are getting enough due.

We also have WPXI’s live online stream for Pittsburgh’s many out-of-town sports fans, as well as video podcasts available on both outlets’ Web sites.

WPXI contributors tonight will be Alby Oxenreiter and Bill Phillips. The Trib will be represented by Josh Yohe in Pittsburgh and me from up here,  thanks to affiliate WNBC-TV in Manhattan.

Here’s our inaugural episode from last week.

Really hope to have you not only watching but also joining in!
