  1. I don’t understand.

Neither of these teams is in the SEC.

  2. The Big Ten portion begins. The over on this game might be about 75.

    • The under might be 65. I think PSU will try to run the ball as much as possible – to keep the D rested and because IU is very vulnerable to the run. Big rushing numbers today.

  3. Indiana is in the Big Ten, not the MAC

  4. Count me as worried. A PSU loss here might send the season into a tailspin with Michigan, etc. on the horizon.

  5. Decisions, decisions.

This game, or some lawn darts.
There is a soccer match on at 12:30.

Or a nice nap in the community park down the street.

  6. After that ugly loss, the Rays have Price going today, and Cobb (11-3) at home on Monday.

Just as with the Pirates after AJ’s outing, don’t sleep on the Rays just yet.

Of course the Sox will have 12-1 Buchholz going Monday. And there will be plenty of red in the Rays’ awful little dome. Ought to be a great game, with lots of excitement if Price takes care of Game Two today.

  7. One last thing before I go plant my winter garden, then take my nap in the park……….

Johnny Fooooootball had his autograph $$$ stuff.
Now, AleeBamee has its Ha Ha Clinton-Dix scandal.
Last month, it was another AleeBamee player getting caught.

Nice to see the Supremely Excellent Cheaters conference living up to its name.
And just think, if they are catching these palyers/coaches, just imagine how much isnt being caught. Scary.

Everyone have a great day. No Pirates, no Steelers, no Pitt.
    Try to survive. ;)

  8. On a totally different note…I LOVELOVELOVE that Craig Adams leads the Pens in goals & points after one game. (Even if it’s only alphabetically)

  9. Good column today.

    No cute, cuddly overachievers here.

DK needs to post a link to it on blog central.

  10. Okay, you guys can go have a snooze. I’m watching my alma mater get after some Hoosiers!

  11. Nice link merging video from Pirate’s win over the Reds in WC game with Pirates radio announcing of the game

  12. May have found something to hold the score down – called rain.

  13. Good news for the “don’t start AJ in game 5 crowd.” (No offense intended). Sanserino is reporting that Clint said they aren’t prepared to name a Game 5 starter. So it’s not DEFINITELY going to be AJ.

  14. The new open-minded, playoff-managing Clint.

  15. Congratulations to IU. Great game by th Hoosiers. An ugly one by PSU.

    • Have a feeling it’s going to be tough sledding in the Big Ten for the Lions this year. Depth is going to be a major issue and the weakness in the secondary is going to continue to be exploited by teams with much better weapons that what even Indiana had today.

  16. Guess these are O’Brien’s Lions, huh?
