  1. Baywatch says:

Morning, All! A bomb off the barrel of the newly acquired “Island Of Dr. Morel” today!

  2. Jim S. says:

You seemed lonely in here by yourself, Bay. What’s up?

  3. theplanisworking says:

Is this the blog thread where we can make up crazy trade rumors? And talk about fish all day??

    I’M ALL IN !!! :)

    Have a great one fellas.
I will read who we acquired later in the day.

  4. Brandie says:

Enjoy the baseball y’all. Greetings to Plans n at, Jimmerz, and Baydro!

  5. Jim S. says:

Since the Pirates are playing at Joker Marchant Stadium, nothing can be taken too seriously today.

I heard the Bucs are “scouting” Joey Votto for the left-handed bat to platoon with Gaby at 1b. The Reds are going to eat $15 million in salary per season, and they only want Stormy Pimento and Chris McGuinness in return.

  6. theplanisworking says:

Well, that trade will work……… today is Fat Tuesday.
I will even throw Andy Oliver in the deal.
See you guys in tonight’s thread (Pens).

  7. Jim S. says:

    Hello, Brandie!

    another one? Wonderful :)

  11. Jim S. says:

2-2. Infield single, RBI double. El Coffee.

  12. NMR says:

Jim S. told me that while Votto is ok, he’d rather have the years of control over Pimentel and McGuinness.

This eventually led to the intervention that now has him in prospect hoarding rehab.

  13. Jim S. says:

Since they agreed to throw in all the cash, I would make an exception for the Votto YOC. Just this once.

But, it’s going to kill me when McGuinness becomes the next Votto.

  14. Baywatch says:

I kept checking back, and nobody there. Starting to feel like Sid in Toy Story: “Nobody wants to play wif’ me!”

  15. Baywatch says:

    Baydro! Woo-Hoo! Love it, ‘Lita!

  16. Baywatch says:

Just a matter of time before he starts rakin’! May he live long and prosper! For US!

  17. Baywatch says:

Wow, here’s Rajai Davis to the plater for the Tigers … He wound up having a serviceable career after we let him go. I figured him to go nowhere … Decker guns a one-hopper home to nail Perez at the plate! NO COLLISION-NO RUN. (Is this akin to “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell?”) :-)

  18. Thundercrack says:

We didn’t let Davis go. We traded him for Matt Morris.

    Thanks for reminding me

  19. DemonDachshund says:

Where’s the discussion of the Tiger bullpen?
