What is this new thing with some of the major league baseball teams not having the players names on their jerseys?
It’s difficult to know who the players are without having a scorecard, and who have those while watching the game on the TV? I think the Yankees and/or the Redsox started this trend, and it’s not good for us fans watching the game on TV.
That’s my pet peeve for today.
Nobody has answered my question about why some of the major league teams don’t have their names on their jerseys.
I think that they should because then we wouldn’t say ” Oh, number 26 just hit a grand slam! Who is number 26?
