Bottom line, would the Penguins have been in serious trouble this past round if Niskanen had been traded at the beginning of the season? Really crazy to think how that was a viable option 6 months ago.
That’s embarrassing. Submitted my question in the wrong bar. Lol
At least you caught yourself…good job
P.S. it’s also a very good question…
Thanks Jandy! Yeah I was just remembering how that was the talk all through training camp and preseason. More than grateful to still have him in the Burgh.
You and me both, Beamer
Well, we’ve all just heard the NBA’s response to Donald Sterling’s outrageous racist remarks and we all hope that settles things as much as they ever can be.
“That’s three of your everyday eight right there, none of which would be remedied by Polanco if he came up and hit .750.”
But what if all those hits of Polanco’s that went into the .750 average were all home runs?! I heard that he is that good and it could happen.
I heard that Gregory has been working at out catcher just in case Russ is out for a while. Oh, and he’ll still be playing right field at the same time.
