The game will go on … eventually.
An impending winter storm could postpone Friday night’s soldout Chartiers Valley at Hampton boys basketball game (that decision won’t come until Friday afternoon), but the snow won’t cancel the game completely.
Right now, the game is still Friday.
But if the much-anticipated game is snowed out, Hampton athletic director Bill Cardone said it will be rescheduled sometime next week. Cardone said he had already discussed the issue with Chartiers Valley athletic director Frank Vulcano Jr.
Possible dates:
Wednesday, Feb. 10
Saturday, Feb. 13
“Those seemed to fit with both schedules,” Cardone said.
