Rochester continues to show its No. 7 seed was slightly misleading. The Rams (23-2) are trailing top-seeded North Catholic by only four points, 42-38, after three quarters in the WPIAL Class AA boys basketball championship.
The Trib’s WPIAL title-winning predictions (made before the playoffs began) have been 75 percent correct, so far. We got off to a rough start Friday, with the Class A girls game: Vincentian pulled the upset over North Catholic, the Trib’s pick. Since then, though, we’ve been three for three:
