Central Valley’s Foster has bright future

The WPIAL has been formally introduced to one of its rising stars. Central Valley sophomore Robert Foster has been spectacular during the first half of the Class AAA championship game, helping the Warriors take a 14-7 lead against Montour. Foster has a 54-yard run, a 35-yard punt return for a touchdown, and completed a 17-yard pass when asked to run a fake punt. I’m betting this won’t be the last we hear from the 6-foot-2, 170-pound receiver.
