Mt. Lebanon’s Luke Hagy, a standout cornerback/tailback with 4,000 career rushing yards, has verbally committed to Cornell, he said Friday. Hagy had a scholarship offer from Pitt, among others, but was drawn instead to an Ivy League education. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound senior leads the WPIAL in rushing with 1,350 yards on 182 carries with 18 touchdowns.

who cares. He should go to Pitt- an Ivy League education means litle in the long run. I would like to meat an “Ivy Leaguer” who has goten his or her hands dirty. Those from the “ivy League” have done more harm to this country than good.
