WPIAL, City League place 12 in Big 33

Hopewell’s Rushel Shell and Montour’s Julian Durden will be Pennsylvania’s running backs in the Big 33 Football Classic — two of the 12 WPIAL and City League players chosen for the June 16 all-star game at Hersheypark Stadium. The Pennsylvania roster was announced Sunday.
