Max Talbot found himself in a predicament with his back to the Penguins bench and Ottawa Senators defenseman Andy Sutton skating at him.
Talbot had nowhere to go, and was on the receiving end of a crushing check against the boards that lifted the Penguins forward off his skates.
Afterward, Senators fans cheered the play by chanting, “Who’s the expert?”
Following his hit that knocked Penguins defenseman Jordan Leopold out of Game 3, Sutton infamously responded to a reporter’s post-game suggestion that Sutton lifted his elbow by repeatedly asking, “Are you an expert?”
