It took only 12 hours for an Indiana woman to find her birth mother.

Whitney Brock, who was adopted as an infant 22 years ago, decided to post a message on Facebook late last month.

Before the day was half over, Brock got a message from a poster with some possible phone numbers for her mom. As she called the first number, Jennifer Moorhead, who was at the very same moment looking at Brock’s Facebook photo, answered the phone.

“It’s like winning the lottery. Better than winning the lottery,” Moorhead, Whitney’s biological mom, tells WFIE.
