A cartoonist for The New Yorker has turned the ObamaCare “reboot” into a joke for next week’s cover.

“When I heard that the troubled ObamaCare website was built by a Canadian company, of course I felt personally responsible,” Montreal-born Barry Blitt says on the magazine’s Culture Desk blog. “I’ll be happy when the glitches are all worked out and everything’s running smoothly, so I can put this all behind me,” he jokes.
