Pope’s Harley for sale. Really.

In June when Harley riders gathered in Rome to celebrate the iconic bike’s 110th anniversary, Pope Francis blessed thousands of hogs.

In return, the American manufacturer blessed the new pontiff with a 1,585cc Dyna Super Glide and a spiffy leather jacket.

But the frugal Francis is more likely to ride a subway than a Harley. The pope has decided to auction off the bike for charity, Bonhams has announced.

His hog ¬†will be sold on Feb. 6 in Paris. It’s hoped that the bike will make at least $17,000, which will help feed the hungry and homeless in Rome.
