whodrinkswhatbystateWhat’s in the water in New Hampshire? Booze.

According to the Beer Institute, 40.8 gallons of alcohol per person are bought each year. But as the Washington Post’s Wonkblog points out, the New Hampshire Liquor Commission says about half the buyers come from out of state to take advantage of lower taxes.
